The Fine Print:

Entries will be accepted January 9, 2023, 12:00 PM-February 5, 2023, 11:59 PM
The winner must start their braces by 12/31/23.
Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the original nominee
In case the nominee is deemed ineligible to receive braces, a new winner will be picked with no consolation prize awarded
Winner must reside in Sonoma County and be available to receive treatment from the Santa Rosa location
Prize awarded is for 1 round of metal bracket braces only and cannot be substituted or have the value applied to other services
The winner will be picked by a team of judges and a winner will be notified no later than February 17, 2023
